As a privately held corporation, the clinic is physician owned by 4 board certified family practice physicians. A mid-level provider sees patients on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday. Each physician works a rotating Saturday shift that corresponds to their weekend call for that month.
We provide the following services:

- Care for broken bones, sprains and strains
- Care for accidents and injuries
Health education and wellness
We provide this care to children, teens and adults of any age and have a very busy summer season as the area population swells with tourists from all over the world.
Community Quality of life is a term heard more frequently now as a motivating factor for business or personal relocation. If you decide to join Lake Chelan Clinic, you will be in excellent company. The Lake Chelan Valley is known for its wonderful climate, breathtaking scenery and central location.
The city of Chelan sits at the southeast end of 52 mile long, glacier fed, Lake Chelan in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. The village of Manson is an unincorporated community that is also a popular vacation destination located on the north shore of Lake Chelan about seven miles up lake.
With a population of approximately 11,000 residents that grows to well over 25,000 in the summer months, the lake is a vacation destination for tourists from everywhere in the world and most especially the Seattle area being only a three hour drive away. We enjoy a high desert climate with over 300 days of sunshine.
There are plenty if opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors with boating, jet skiing, sailing, kayaking, hang gliding, hiking, backpacking, mountain climbing, fishing and hunting. In the winter months, residents enjoy cross country skiing with spectacular views from Echo Valley and several major downhill skiing areas are less than 2 hours drive away.
The Lake Chelan Valley is home to many gifted artists, musicians and writers. Our annual Bach Festival draws performers from across the Northwest. The Wenatchee Symphony and the world-class Sleeping Lady Performance Center are only a short distance away. Holden Village and Stehekin are two up lake communities on Lake Chelan that provide a unique opportunity for an alternative lifestyle and are reachable only by boat or seaplane.
Facility Lake Chelan Clinic is active with the local community critical access hospital (LCCH) and our physicians comprise the majority of the hospital’s medical staff. The physicians are preceptors for the PA staffed ER and the hospital provides childbirth and general surgery as well as plastic and vascular surgery services. Lake Chelan Community Hospital also offers an Addiction Recovery Center. In the very near future, LCCH is looking forward to the passage of a bond to fund a major construction project for a new hospital. The end result would provide more space for staff offices, diagnostic services and private areas for patients. Plans will expand and improve the emergency room, labor and delivery rooms and include six completely equipped procedure rooms for outpatient surgeries, tests and other procedures.
Our region’s primary referral hospital is Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, located approximately 40 minutes away. It is one of five hospitals in the state having a Level II trauma designation.
Technology Many ancillary services like EKG, pro-time testing, Spirometry, and digital x-ray, including bone density screenings, are available in-house and an independent lab is located in our building.
Lake Chelan Clinic has utilized an electronic medical record for the last 6 years using high-speed fiber optic connections available to our community. Our physicians have computerized medical records accessible to them in every exam room as well as at our local hospital via the internet. We have digital real-time dictation in place as well.
